Ken Maxwell is a Technical Director, Bridges at Arcadis, with over 36 years of experience in the inspection, analysis, and design of road and railway bridges. Having successfully completed over 85 bridge designs in New South Wales, Ken has worked on projects for notable organizations such as Sydney Trains and the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC). Accredited as a Designer and Design Verifier/Approver with ARTC and as a Subject Matter Expert with Transport for NSW, Ken has also contributed to the field by preparing and presenting technical papers at various bridge conferences. Ken holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons 1) from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Master of Engineering Studies from the University of Sydney.
