Kirk Lowery

Kirk Lowery, P.E. is an experienced geotechnical engineer currently serving as Associate Vice President at ARCADIS since December 2012, overseeing multiple projects across the southeastern United States. Prior to this role, Kirk managed the Civil Works Group at HNTB from July 2007 to November 2012, where responsibilities included overseeing civil engineers and water resource projects in the Gulf Coast Operations. From March 2006 to July 2007, Kirk was the General Manager at Triad Construction, LLC, managing a remediation and site development operation. As Vice President at Professional Service Industries, Inc. from May 2004 to April 2006, Kirk led offices in Baton Rouge, Monroe, Shreveport, LA, and Longview, TX, ensuring profitability and overseeing over 100 employees. Kirk began a career in engineering as a Staff Engineer at URS - Woodward Clyde Consultants from 1988 to 1994 and holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical) from Louisiana State University.
