Kovid S. is a seasoned professional in mobility, infrastructure, and development, with over 25 years of experience in consulting for cross-sector infrastructure projects. They established TY Lin's environmental planning practice in New York and currently lead the national practice as Vice President and Practice Manager. Kovid has managed significant projects for various federal, state, and city agencies, including complex NEPA and SEQRA reviews, and has played key roles in transformative initiatives such as the Hudson Yards and the Brooklyn-Queens Connector.
