Previously, Lisa served as the EVP, Chief People and Inclusion Officer at DC Water, enhancing service delivery and fostering a positive work environment. They have a strong history of leading organizational change and championing inclusion and equity initiatives throughout their career at notable organizations including Freddie Mac and AOL Time Warner.
