Luke Lu has extensive experience in project management and electrical engineering, serving as Director at Arcadis since June 2015, focusing on delivering project management services and achieving optimal outcomes for clients. Prior to this role, Luke held the position of Area Manager at Century 3 (Shanghai) Inc from April 2012 to May 2015, overseeing the BMW Tiexi Greenfield Project while managing project teams and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.
