Lydia Lapoint

Lydia LaPoint, PE, LEED AP, currently serves as the Mobility Advisory West Practice Lead and Manager at Arcadis since October 2023. Previously, Lydia held key positions including Associate Principal and Civil Engineering Manager at IBI Group from January 2003 to April 2025. Lydia's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine, obtained between September 2000 and June 2003.
