Mack Astorga is an innovative program manager and partnership developer with over 25 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Key Accounts at Arcadis and as the owner of The Grounds Guys®, Mack has a proven track record of negotiating strategic partnerships and leading multi-million-dollar pursuits in various sectors, including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and freight rail. Previously, Mack held significant leadership roles at companies such as AECOM and Allonnia, where they successfully drove growth and commercialization efforts in environmental sectors. Mack earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resource Management from Penn State University and is currently pursuing an Executive Education Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
