Mark Claassen has over 30 years of experience in underground engineering, currently serving as the Regional Director for Tunnel Construction Management for the East USA at Hatch. Previously, Mark held notable positions including Senior Technical Director and Tunnelling Practice Lead at various firms, and has contributed significantly to projects such as the $2.3 billion design-build project in Qatar. Mark earned a Bachelor's degree in Geology from George Mason University and a Master's in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
