Mark Wagner is a Senior Vice-President at Arcadis, where they have been instrumental in environmental management and remediation efforts throughout Mexico and Latin America for over 25 years. As a Client Account Manager and Country Director for Mexico, Mark has significantly influenced regulatory practices, introducing risk-based corrective action to Mexican officials, which led to its incorporation into national law. Mark achieved notable milestones, including the first two risk-based closures for industrial operations in Mexico and has provided extensive training to environmental agencies on risk assessment and remediation strategies.
