Mark Wagner

Mark Wagner is a Senior Vice-President at Arcadis, where they have been instrumental in environmental management and remediation efforts throughout Mexico and Latin America for over 25 years. As a Client Account Manager and Country Director for Mexico, Mark has significantly influenced regulatory practices, introducing risk-based corrective action to Mexican officials, which led to its incorporation into national law. Mark achieved notable milestones, including the first two risk-based closures for industrial operations in Mexico and has provided extensive training to environmental agencies on risk assessment and remediation strategies. They are also actively involved in groundbreaking remediation projects and have contributed numerous articles to Mexican trade journals on innovative environmental solutions. Mark holds an A.B. in Geology from Colgate University and has previously worked with Union Carbide and the Department of Energy as a Field Geologist.
