Max Dieckmann is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in project management within the environmental field. At Arcadis from March 2014 to November 2021, Max conducted project planning, oversight of fieldwork, and evaluated hydrogeologic phases for diverse environmental projects in Hawaii, while also mentoring junior staff. Earlier roles included managing sales at Smith Family Farms, leading volunteer projects with All Hands Volunteers, and contributing to construction efforts with Frontera Construction and Chelsea Investment Corporation.
