Michael Adduci

Michael Adduci is a skilled MEP Project Engineer currently employed at Arcadis since September 2025. Prior to this role, Michael gained valuable experience as a 2nd Assistant Engineer at Tidewater and served as a Project Engineer at AM Technical Solutions, Inc. Additionally, Michael held positions as a Maintenance Technician I at Bulfinch and as a Second and Third Assistant Engineer with American Maritime Officers. Earlier in the career, Michael worked as a Facility Systems Engineer at Norfolk County Correctional Center and as an Engine Midshipman with Military Sealift Command. An internship as an Engineering Intern with Able Services also contributed to Michael's technical expertise. Educationally, Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, after graduating from North Quincy High School.
