Michael Batts is an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (HSE) professional and the founder of HOP’ERFOCUSED. They possess a strong background in the supply chain industry, having worked at CHEP since 2015 and advancing to Senior HSE Manager for North America in 2021. Michael's leadership contributed to significant reductions in injury rates and workers' compensation costs across multiple locations. They hold a bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering from KWU and are currently enrolled in a program for Environmental Management at Columbia Southern University. Michael has also been recognized with awards such as the Ingersoll Rand Presidents Award and a nomination for CHEP’s Circle of Excellence Award.
