Michael Pearson

Michael Pearson is currently an Associate Technical Director at Arcadis, where they manage a skilled Enabling Infrastructure team and engage in notable projects. With over 20 years of experience in land development, Michael has held significant roles such as running the civil engineering team at Jubb and serving as highways lead at WSP, where they contributed to major schemes including the Caernarfon and Bontnewydd Bypass. Michael began their career as an Assistant Engineer at Capita Symonds and WYG Group after earning an MEng in Civil Engineering Design and Management from Cardiff University.
