Mike Crough is a Principal in Planning at Arcadis, where they manage the Hamilton Planning Studio and lead a team of planning professionals. With over 15 years of experience in both public and private sectors, Mike specializes in development planning and client management. Previously, they held leadership roles at IBI Group and detailed planning responsibilities with the City of Burlington. Mike earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, an Environmental Management and Assessment diploma from Niagara College, and a Master's degree in Real Estate and Planning from Heriot-Watt University.
