Mike Winter

Mike Winter, PE, currently serves as Vice President and Client Director at Arcadis, overseeing global accounts for two multinational mining clients and acting as a strategic advisor for emerging accounts, while also enhancing mining services through recruitment and partnerships. Prior experience includes roles at CH2M HILL as a Senior Mining Consultant and Mining Technology Director, where Mike focused on mine closure plans and water treatment systems. As an Associate Principal at ERM, responsibilities involved client development and project management in mining environmental services. Additionally, Mike held the position of Senior Project Manager at Washington Group International, managing various mining and environmental remediation projects. Mike holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
