Nick Denning

Nick Denning is a seasoned professional in project management and operations, currently serving as Associate Director at Arcadis, with responsibilities including Interface Lead for Southern Water and Portsmouth Water, as well as Third Party Agreements Lead for Lower Thames Crossing. Prior experience at Skanska includes roles such as Capital Works Lead and Operations Manager for tRIIO Gas Mains Replacement, where leadership of a 130-member team was central. Denning’s career also spans significant positions at KPMG UK and PA Consulting Group, focusing on programme management, assurance, and operational excellence. Notably, Denning has a distinguished military background with HM Forces, serving in various leadership roles, including Company Commander and Battalion Adjutant, alongside a tenure as an advisor to the Afghan National Army. An alumnus of King's College London with a BA in War Studies, educational foundations were laid at Felsted School, where A-Levels in English, History, and Latin were achieved.
