Nicolas Roger

Nicolas Roger is an experienced urban planning engineer currently working at Arcadis since September 2025 and previously held positions at Atelier NOUS and Guinée*Potin. At Atelier NOUS, Nicolas contributed to the Chronovélo project for Le Mans Métropole, leading pre-project studies and managing a team of collaborators, while also designing cycling infrastructure in line with Parisian needs. Additionally, Nicolas played a key role in the Paris 2021-2025 bicycle plan, focusing on urban and cycling developments across major Parisian axes. In academia, Nicolas serves as a part-time lecturer at École des Ingénieurs de la Ville de Paris, teaching courses on cycling infrastructure design. Educational qualifications include a double degree in engineering and architecture from Ecole Centrale Nantes, with prior studies at Lycée Clemenceau Nantes and ENSTA Paris.
