Norbert Lippens

Norbert Lippens is an experienced procurement professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Starting as an Account Manager in Purchasing at Fokker Aircraft BV from 1987 to 1996, Norbert progressed through various roles, including Purchasing and Logistics Manager at Vodafone, Business Development Manager at Brightpoint, and Senior Procurement Advisor at Compendium. Notably, Norbert served as Purchasing Manager at IOI Loders Croklaan from May 2004 to March 2018, overseeing all purchases except raw materials, and led European and West African Capex projects. Following a role as Global Purchaser at Exter B.V. from March 2018 to April 2020, Norbert currently works as a Procurement Consultant at Arcadis, having transitioned during a global crisis to embrace new challenges.
