Patrick Flannelly has extensive experience in the water and wastewater sectors, with significant leadership roles at ARCADIS U.S. from 1994 to 2018. In the early part of this tenure, Patrick served as Vice President, overseeing large capital programs and efficiency improvements. Later, as Operations Leader for Design and Delivery (South) and Director, Patrick directed teams of management and technology consultants, focusing on optimizing financial performance, asset management, and risk management for various sectors.
