Paul Coates

Paul Coates is an Associate Project Controls Director at Arcadis, where they currently support the Lower Thames Crossing project. With approximately 20 years of experience in rail, motorway, and aviation infrastructure projects, they have developed expertise in cost, scheduling, quality, and safety. Previously, Paul held roles at Bechtel Corporation, including Engineering Planner for the Riyadh Metro project and Programme Controls Manager at Network Rail. Their background also includes significant contributions to projects like the Greater West Electrification and various systems for Thameslink and Temple Mills Depot. Paul earned their education at The University of Northampton from 1996 to 1998.
