Paul Freestone

Paul Freestone is a Technical Director at Arcadis, currently serving as Engineering Manager on HS2 and leading the Arcadis Birmingham Rail team. Previously, Paul held the position of Associate Technical Director at Arcadis, where they managed design for a section of the HS2 Main Works Civils Contract. They also worked as a Design Manager for AmcoGiffen on the Network Rail CP5 Structures Framework and have a background as a Geotechnical Engineer at Scott Wilson and Leeke Associates Limited. Paul holds a Master of Science in Engineering Geology from Leeds University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Southampton University.
