Phil Colleran

Phil Colleran is a Principal at Arcadis, having joined the Boston studio in 1995 and directing various urban development projects in the U.S. and internationally. They possess extensive experience in complex planning and design projects across Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa, always addressing environmental and civic concerns. Currently, Phil's work focuses on designing innovative public realms for diverse project types including urban open spaces and large-scale community master planning. Prior to Arcadis, they held a directorial role at IBI Group and worked as a landscape architect at EPTDESIGN. Phil's academic background includes degrees from Syracuse University and the State University of New York College of Environmental Sciences and Forestry.
