Rebecca Elder, CPSM, is a Pursuit & Proposal Specialist at Arcadis, responsible for facilitating client account planning, developing capture strategies, and leading proposal processes. With a robust background in marketing and communications, Rebecca has held various roles, including Marketing Manager and Coordinator at RaganSmith, overseeing proposal development and strategic marketing efforts. As the owner of Rebecca Vaughan Photography since 2008, Rebecca provides diverse photography services and has experience in journalism and event photography. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Rebecca holds a BS in Communications and has developed a strong foundation in business development and marketing across multiple industries.
