Richard Bormans

Richard Bormans is an experienced programme manager currently overseeing the framework agreement for TenneT Engineering and Environmental Planning. With 28 years in project management, they have developed expertise in governance, stakeholder management, and team building, notably serving as Project Manager for the Central Amsterdam section of the Metro North/South line for eight years. Richard has held significant roles in various organizations, including serving as Project Director for the joint venture relating to the North/South line and the De Ruiterkade project in Amsterdam. Their educational background includes an MBA from RSM Erasmus University and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
