Richard Pearson

Richard Pearson is a seasoned professional in quantity surveying with extensive experience in commercial management across various sectors, including rail and construction. From 2004 to 2007, Richard served as Managing QS for Balfour Beatty Rail Projects Ltd, leading a commercial team on the £27 million Temple Mills Depot Project. Richard has held several key positions, including Commercial Manager for Balfour Beatty Electrification Unit and Senior Commercial Manager at Network Rail, overseeing significant portfolios valued at up to £150 million. Currently, Richard is an Associate Cost Consultant at Arcadis, having previously worked with notable organizations such as Ringway, Atkins, and Transport for London. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc)(Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and is a member of the Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
