Rick Gerritsen

Rick Gerritsen is a senior project leader and urban water advisor at ARCADIS, where they have worked since 2008. With a decade of prior experience in the water sector from a municipal perspective, Rick has fulfilled various roles including designer, sewer manager, policy advisor, project manager, and consultant. They excel in risk-driven asset management, optimization of sewer systems, and climate adaptation, regularly advising municipalities both through ARCADIS and as a client representative. Rick is known for their ability to navigate governmental relationships and foster collaboration among stakeholders, leading to effective and community-supported solutions. Currently, they are managing an asset management contract in partnership with a contractor and a water authority for a port organization.
