Robert Stevens, Ph.D., P.E., F.ASCE, is an Executive Vice President at Arcadis and a Trustee of the United Engineering Foundation. They have served in various leadership roles within the American Society of Civil Engineers, including ASCE President in 2015, and have contributed significantly to the field through projects across 21 countries. With over 55 years of experience in transportation and civil engineering, Stevens has worked on numerous infrastructure projects and has taught at several universities. They are currently involved as a Specialty Consultant with Arcadis while also volunteering with local governance in Trophy Club, TX.
