Roni Deitz

Roni Deitz, PE, is the Global Director of Climate Adaptation at Arcadis, where they lead the Urban and Community Resilience Planning Practice. With extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary resiliency projects, Roni has contributed to notable studies such as the Southern Manhattan Coastal Protection Study and the East Side Coastal Resiliency project. Roni's work is characterized by their ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders and deliver engineering solutions for integrated water management and climate risk challenges. They are also a board member of the Industry Advisory Board for Duke University's Master of Engineering in Climate and Sustainability program. Roni’s educational background includes a Bachelor and Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rice University.
