Ross McKenzie is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in business improvement and workforce planning. Currently serving as the Global Director of Global Excellence Centers and Workforce Planning at Arcadis since January 2017, Ross has also held the position of Head of South-East Asia and India, overseeing operations in six markets and managing over 1,000 employees with a €45 million turnover. Notable achievements include restructuring local businesses to boost profits, developing standardized operational models across Asia, and implementing effective management reporting systems. Prior roles include Senior Associate at Partners in Performance and various engineering positions across multiple consulting firms. Ross holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury, completed in 2004.
