Scott Breen

Scott Breen, PE, BCGE, is an Associate Vice President at Arcadis and a principal geotechnical engineer/project manager with over 27 years of experience in both public and private sector projects. They manage projects, develop work scopes, and supervise field investigations, while also performing analyses and foundation designs for various structures. Scott previously held positions at several engineering firms, including GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc., HNTB, and Giles Engineering Associates, Inc. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from SUNY Potsdam and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University, along with a Master’s in Civil Engineering with a geotechnical emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
