Simon Box

Simon Box is a dedicated consultant, board member, and Chair of the Quality & Performance Committee at OneYMCA, with a focus on operating model and supply chain transformation. Currently serving as an Associate Director at Arcadis since 2020, they lead consulting engagements in the built and natural assets sectors. Their extensive career includes leadership roles at Honeywell, where they held Vice President and Director positions, and experience in consulting for various manufacturing and service organizations. Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton and a Master's in Manufacturing Leadership from the University of Cambridge.
