Simon Dean has extensive experience in project management and engineering, having worked primarily in the consultancy and reclamation sectors. Starting as a Project Engineer at Gwent Land Reclamation from July 1985 to January 1997, Simon continued in similar roles at CAPITA GWENT CONSULTANCY LIMITED from January 1997 to January 2000. Subsequently, Simon served as Project & Programme Manager and Contracts Lead at Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure until January 2010. Simon then advanced to the role of Senior Project Manager at EC Harris for a short period in 2015 before taking on a Senior Project Manager position at Arcadis from September 2015 to Present, and currently holds the role of Associate Project Manager at Arcadis since October 2018.
