Simon Rawlinson is the Head of Strategic Research and Insight at Arcadis UK, where they lead a team focused on sector-specific research and market intelligence. With 18 years of experience in construction research, Simon has developed high-performing teams and delivered significant projects across the UK, Middle East, and Far East. They have contributed extensively to industry knowledge through publications and conferences while being a member of the RICS Board and Chair of the KPC. Simon has played a pivotal role in advancements in Building Information Modelling and sustainable construction practices. Their educational background includes degrees from University College London and the University of Greenwich, along with a Digital Leadership Programme from Vlerick Business School.
