Stephen Rogers is a Principal Scientist at Water Treatment Facilities Consulting, contributing over fifty years of water quality expertise, including managing the Denver Potable Water Reuse Demonstration Plant. They have held significant roles such as Senior Environmental Engineer at Stewart Environmental Consultants and Vice President/CEO at Rogers Associates International, specializing in municipal and industrial water treatment and process design. A graduate with a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, Stephen possesses the highest certification for operating water and wastewater facilities in Colorado. Currently, mostly retired, they continue to develop their innovative Ion Ratio Balancing process aimed at reducing industrial effluent toxicity.
