Stephen Wright

Stephen Wright is a highly self-motivated Chartered Building Surveyor with over 10 years of experience in the property and real estate industry. Currently based in Bristol, UK, they serve as an Associate Director at Arcadis, focusing on growing the Building Surveying and Strategic Asset Management proposition. Prior to this role, Stephen was a Senior Building Surveyor at EC Harris and progressed from Graduate to Chartered Building Surveyor at Davis Langdon. Having relocated from Asia in 2019, where they spent six years with Arcadis in Malaysia and Hong Kong, Stephen remains active in the professional community through committee positions with the RICS and as a Board member of the International Facilities Management Association in Hong Kong. They enjoy playing squash, sailing, and hiking in their free time.
