Steve Armstrong

Steve Armstrong is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in capital and assets advisory, primarily with Arcadis since October 2018. As the Head of Capital and Assets Advisory, Armstrong oversees a team that delivers strategic consultancy and innovative solutions across major infrastructure and property assets, emphasizing value, reliability, and sustainability. Previously, Armstrong served as the Global Director for Capital Program & Supply Chain Advisory, focusing on enhancing client outcomes globally in procurement and supply chains. Prior roles at Network Rail included Transformation Director, where Armstrong was instrumental in creating an internal services business, and various positions overseeing procurement and supply chain management. Armstrong's career also includes regulatory and engineering roles with organizations such as the Strategic Rail Authority, Ofgem, and Arup. Armstrong holds an MSc in Financial Economics from SOAS University of London and an MA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
