Stuart Passmore

Stuart Passmore is a Senior Commercial Manager at Arcadis, currently working within the Rail Systems Alliance Scotland, where they handle PQS, commercial, and project management responsibilities. They have been an active committee member of the RICS Matrics for Glasgow & the West since 2019, engaging in professional development and networking events. Stuart previously worked in the property sector as a Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator, and holds an MSc in Quantity Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University, obtained in November 2018, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Glasgow, completed in 2011.
