Suzanne Nap

Suzanne Nap is the Global Strategic Talent Management Programs Director at Arcadis, where they manage strategic global People & Culture projects for 28,000 employees. In this role, Suzanne leads initiatives focused on performance management and talent succession, utilizing design thinking methodologies. Prior to this position, they held various roles at Capgemini Consulting, where they managed large-scale organizational transformation projects. Suzanne earned a BSc in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences and an MA in Strategic Human Resource Management from Utrecht University.
