Tara Seitz

Tara Seitz is a Global Workforce Planning Director with extensive experience in workforce management. At Arcadis, they have held several key roles including Workforce Planning Manager and Senior Resource Planner, and currently serve as the Global Workforce Planning Director in the Places division. Prior to their time at Arcadis, Tara gained experience at Encana Corporation, where they worked as a Staffing Advisor and HR Analyst among other positions. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree with a concentration in Managing People and Organizations from Carleton University in 2012.
