Tim McCoy

Tim McCoy is an experienced construction management professional currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at Arcadis, overseeing the North Water Treatment Plant Replacement project for the City of Lancaster, Ohio. Previously, Tim held roles as a Building Pre-Commissioning Lead at Hatch and as a Construction Manager/NACE Certified Inspector at Chester Engineers, where significant contributions were made to the Columbus Dublin Road Water Plant Upgrades. Tim's extensive background in construction management includes various project management positions with Columbus Consultants, involving significant water treatment and infrastructure projects. Additionally, Tim has experience as a Design Engineer with BBS Corporation, an Engineering Technician with Brundage, Baker and Stauffer, and served as an Active Army Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army.
