Tom Fitzpatrick

Tom Fitzpatrick currently serves as the Global Business Area Talent Acquisition Director at Arcadis, a leading global design and consultancy firm for natural and built assets, since May 2019. Prior to this role, Tom held positions as Recruitment Lead for Black & Veatch in Europe, Director at Cobalt providing outsourced HR services, Consultant in the Energy sector at Eximius Group, and Recruitment Consultant with Faststream Recruitment Group focusing on the global Energy markets. Tom is also pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at the University of Southampton, which has been ongoing since 2008.
