Tom Kelley

Tom Kelley has extensive experience in the electrical field, primarily focusing on water and wastewater systems. Kelley's career began as an Electrical Superintendent at Sundt Construction, Inc., managing electrical instrumentation and control during the construction of the Mesa/Gilbert South Water Reclamation plant. Following this role, Kelley served as a Senior Field Service Technician and Field Project Manager at RDC Electrical Corp, overseeing fieldwork and ensuring quality control in control panel construction. Since 2007, Kelley has been an Electrical Designer at ARCADIS, responsible for designing electrical and control systems and assisting in quality assurance processes. Educational qualifications include a background in Electronics and Computer Technology from High Tech Institute-Phoenix and training in Electrical and Controls from the US Navy, complemented by a high school diploma from Apache Junction High School.
