Tom Merce

Tom Merce is a Senior Management Consultant at Arcadis, where they evaluate the efficiency of public sector systems and develop strategic plans for policy and program improvements. With a strong background in municipal planning, Tom has facilitated communication and systemic change between government officials and the public. Previously, Tom held various roles with municipalities including the City of Dublin, Town of Herndon, and Fairfax County. They have also contributed to Woolpert's Information Technology and Management Consulting group, providing informed analysis and technical applications. Tom earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees from Gettysburg College and dual Master’s degrees from The Ohio State University.
