Tom Roch

Tom Roch is a Senior Designer at Arcadis, where they have been employed since 2020. Their engineering career began after graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University in 1978, leading to a 32-year tenure at the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). At ODOT, Tom spent the first 16 years reviewing traffic control plans before transitioning to the Office of Production to design roadway plans, including signals and pavement markings. After retiring from ODOT in 2010, they furthered their career at M E Companies and GPD Group, serving as a Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer before their current role.
