Tom Vaandering has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and service management, currently serving as a Global Service Manager in Tech Productivity Services at Arcadis since October 2008. Prior roles at Arcadis include Senior Systems Engineer for IT Server & Storage and IT Infrastructure Specialist, focusing on datacenters, servers, storage, operating systems, and disaster recovery solutions. Previous experience includes working as an IT System Engineer at Strukton Systems and a graduate role at AOC Oost. Tom Vaandering holds an HBO degree in IT Technology and Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, along with an MBO degree in Electrical and Telecommunication from Hofstede MTS Hengelo.
