Tracy Lam

Tracy Lam is an Environmental Consultant at Arcadis since November 2021, where responsibilities include the preparation and delivery of environmental assessment documents for various projects in New South Wales, Australia, such as the High Speed Rail and the M12 Motorway. Additionally, Tracy is a member of the Access and Neurodiversity Affinity Group. Previous experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Environmental Consultant and Notetaker at the University of Technology Sydney, as well as a leadership role in U:PASS, where guidance and training were provided to peers. Tracy began the professional journey with an internship at Hatfield Consultants in early 2021, focusing on high-quality environmental and social services. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Biotechnology from the University of Technology Sydney and a Diploma of Laboratory Technology (Environment) from TAFE NSW.
