Vardan Rathi

Vardan Rathi is currently the Process and Piping Department Manager ATG at Arcadis. They hold a dual Master’s degree in Materials Science and Wood Science from Oregon State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Anna University. Vardan has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in process engineering and new product introduction, achieving a 98% success rate in scaling up over 100 stages of chemistry. They are certified as a HAZOP Chair and possess a PMP and Six Sigma Green Belt certification, emphasizing a data-driven approach to problem-solving and process optimization. Previously, Vardan has held positions in various companies, including ProPharma Solutions, Sterling Pharma Solutions, and International Paper.
