John Dillow

John Dillow is currently working as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Arcadium Lithium since January 2024. Prior to this role, John held similar positions at Livent and Eastman. Before transitioning into compensation analysis, John worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at Alpha Metallurgical Resources, where John conducted field and process audits. John also has experience as a Tax Analyst and Accountant, handling tasks such as book monthly production tax accruals and computing lower of cost of market calculations. John has a Master of Accountancy degree from East Tennessee State University, received in December 2015.
