John Turner

John Turner is the head of the Global Mining Group at Fasken Martineau, where they have been a key player since 1997. Described by the Financial Post as "one of the best dirt lawyers in Canada," John has handled numerous corporate finance and M&A deals within the resources sector across Africa, Latin America, and Eastern Europe. They currently serve as a director at Arcadium Lithium and Sinova Global, chairman at GoGold Resources Inc., and chair at the New Haven Learning Centre. John also completed studies at Cambridge University from 1986 to 1987.
