Eric Vardon is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the event technology and marketing sectors. As President of EventConnect™ since June 2014, Eric has led the development of a comprehensive tournament software solution. Eric co-founded Hawke AI, following the acquisition of Morphio by Hawke Media, and has served as CEO of xGrowth since July 2020, focusing on lead generation for B2B technology companies. With advisory roles at Republix and MaxLiving, and previous experience as President of Arcane, which grew to be a significant agency before its acquisition by Republix, Eric has demonstrated a strong capability in driving growth and innovation across various organizations.
